- Yes, I can work with your Medical Doctor or Health Professional's recommendations. It's best to consult with your MD/Health Professional first to understand what exercises and movements you are cleared for.
- No worries! My instruction is informative, patient, and empowers you to choose movements that are accessible to you. My programs are tailored to your individual needs, and progress with you to challenge and meet you where you are. Your safety, enjoyment and growth during our time together are my priorities.
- If I need to cancel a Personal Training or Yoga session, I will notify you as soon as possible to reschedule. If you need to cancel a session, please let me know within 48 hours prior to the session. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in the session being forfeited and counted as completed.Exceptions for late cancellations may be made in cases of emergencies. Documentation may be required.
- I offer my services in the following areas: The Greater Muizenberg area, Zeekoevlei, Grassy Park, Marina Da Gama, Westlake, Kirstenhof, Tokai, Bergvliet and Diep River.
